Shipping & Delivery Policy

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 2-4 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship across India. Shipping times depend on your location in India. It can take 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including GST).

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number details. So kindly ensure that you enter your email address during checkout. 

Returns Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 14cosmicsecrets.com, 202, Sri Venkateshwara Residency, RTC Colony, LB Nagar, Hyderabad – 500074.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
