Returns and Refunds Policy

Your Satisfaction is Very Important to us.

We want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order, which is custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or it isn’t what you expected for any reason, we will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge within 3 days.

Give our Help Team a shout at 14cosmicsecrets@gmail.com, or simply reply to your order or shipping confirmation email, including pictures of your product and your feedback. We're happy to help!

Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime you want after placing your order. In case of orders which are paid for online via UPI/ NetBanking through the payment gateway, please allow us at least 3 business days to process your refund. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, since payment is not received, no refund shall be processed. 

Returns Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 14cosmicsecrets.com, 3-11-8/202, RTC Colony, LB Nagar, Hyderabad – 500074.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
